Deposit Policy
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due on arrival at your appointment.

Clients are provided with a 15-minute grace period. Appointments exceeding 15 minutes late may be cancelled, shortened, or rescheduled at our discretion.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Deposits are non-refundable. All remaining payments are due at the time of your appointment. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
To ensure the best possible results, please arrive with your hair washed, detangled and thoroughly blow-dried unless otherwise advised.
