Adizahaircollections was founded on a passion for braiding, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine desire to provide beautiful, high-quality hairstyles while creating an experience that leaves every client feeling confident, valued and cared for.

Before You Book

Booking Policy

Please review our booking policies and appointment requirements before making a booking.

Deposit Policy

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due on arrival at your appointment.

Late Policy

Clients are provided with a 15-minute grace period. Appointments exceeding 15 minutes late may be cancelled, shortened, or rescheduled at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. All remaining payments are due at the time of your appointment. Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Before Your Appointment

To ensure the best possible results, please arrive with your hair washed, detangled and thoroughly blow-dried unless otherwise advised.

Hair must be clean and free from product build-up.
Unclean hair will not be serviced.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
No extra guests are permitted unless approved prior to the appointment.
Clients may bring their own hair extensions or purchase extensions through us.

Protective Style Wear Times

To help maintain healthy hair, we recommend removing styles within the following timeframes:

Knotless Braids — up to 4 weeks
Box Braids — up to 4 weeks
Soft Locs — up to 4 ½ weeks
Cornrows / Stitch Braids — 2–3 weeks

Keeping styles in longer than recommended may lead to matting, breakage, excessive shedding, or tension. Adizahaircollections is not responsible for damage resulting from extended wear or improper aftercare.

Aftercare

To help your hairstyle last as long as possible, we recommend following the aftercare advice provided at your appointment.

Once you leave the salon, the ongoing care and maintenance of your hairstyle is your responsibility. As results depend on how your hair is maintained at home, Adizahaircollections cannot accept responsibility for damage or reduced longevity caused by improper maintenance, incorrect removal, and failure to follow aftercare advice.
